The Best Way To Lose Weight (Lose 10 Pounds Easily) To Fit Into Your Skinny Jeans

We all know the feeling- We need to lose 10 pounds because we aren’t able to fit into our favorite pair of skinny jeans after the festive season. I myself used to loathe the period after the Christmas Holiday when I had piled on a couple of pounds. I tried it all from making New Years resolutions which I never kept to joining my local weight watchers club but nothing seemed to work. And it appears that I’m not alone. On average Americans put on 5lbs over the holidays when the Turkey is flowing freely and it’s to cold to go and exercise. But there is a way to stop putting on weight over the holidays and in life in general by following some simple steps.

The best way to lose weight is to make healthy choices. For breakfast instead of having that fry-up with bacon, eggs and sausages why not try cereal or fruit. Fruit and cereal release energy over a longer period of time thus keeping you fuller for longer. For lunch why not have pasta which is also a slow energy releasing food and you could have raw vegetables such as cucumber and pepper to spice it up a bit.
